Adult Classes

If you are looking for a fun place to learn how to dance, where you can feel at home and make new friends, then Let's Dance is for you.

Beginners Classes

Beginners classes are specifically aimed at people who have never danced before but they are also suitable if you have not danced for a while and want to brush up on the basic techniques and figures.

Beginners Plus Classes

These bridges the gap between beginners and improvers by introducing bronze and silver figures and more challenging sequence dances.

Improvers Classes

Improvers classes are aimed at those who have been dancing for a while (probably more than 18 months) and have a basic knowledge of the main ballroom and Latin American dances. The focus in these classes is on improving technique and introducing more advanced figures.

Private Lessons

We understand that some people prefer to learn in private and believe that private instruction should be just that - private.

At Let's Dance, private lessons are always held in a private dance studio. You won't be sharing a room with other people, sharing music or dance space - the focus is on you.

We teach Ballroom, Latin American, Sequence, Swing, Salsa, Hustle, Rock & Roll, Argentine Tango and more.

Personalised wedding dances are our speciality.

Private lessons are also an ideal way to catch up if you normally come to one of our group classes but have had to miss a few weeks or if you want to progress more quickly.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear?

Just wear something comfortable that doesn't restrict movement in any way.

Do I need special shoes?

Initially, no you don't need special shoes. As a beginner, you just need to wear comfortable shoes that will stay on your feet. Trainers are not a good choice as they have too much grip and prevent you from turning properly.

As you progress, you will probably want to buy special dance shoes.

What if I don't have a partner?

In the present Covid-19 climate, you will only be allowed to dance with somebody from your own household or in your "bubble".

Do I need to enroll in a class?

Yes, all classes must be booked and paid for in advance using our online booking system) This is so that numbers can be kept to a level where social distancing is possible in the class. If you have any concerns or questions beforehand, you can contact us by phone or email.
