Coronavirus Advice (Last updated: 5:30pm 16/03/2020)

Today, the government has given very strong guidance that everyone should avoid all non-essential social contact, whether or not they are showing any symptoms of C-19 infection.

Unfortunately, in light of this advice, we have no option but to suspend all classes and events until further notice.

Your health and safety is of the utmost importance and we are keeping everyone in our thoughts. Please stay safe and we hope to see everyone in the not too distanct future when the crisis is over.


About Us

Victoria started Ballroom and Latin American dancing at the age of 10, training with John Taylor in Accrington before moving to London in 1984 where she continued her training with Geoff Clapham and Marion Brown. She turned professional in 1986.

She has been a full time teacher of Ballroom and Latin American dancing for 30 years and is a Licentiate of The Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance (ISTD) and The International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA)

During her early career, Victoria competed at the highest level and performed on the West End stage in London.

She trained the Imperial College and Oxford University competitive ballroom dance teams for 20 years, turning beginners into champions and winning the Intervarsity National Championships 17 times.

Since moving back to Lancashire in 2007 Victoria has been teaching in and around the Ribble Valley. She is one of the driving forces behind The Grand's successful Intergenerational Project, taking Ballroom and Latin American dancing into schools.
